Replacement cord worked fine

We have had the cpsc salt generator for several years and it needed to be cleaned. Somehow moisture got into the unit where the wires were connected and when taking the cell out, the connectors broke off. We ordered the replacement cord to get the proper connectors and it fit and worked fine. Support told us that the problems we were having after reconnecting the older cord with clamps was that the current flow was not proper. After placing on the correct cord it worked fine.

Q: My service guy was going to clean the cell--but he disconnected the red and black plugs. My system is a rj 60 classic. Which color goes to which connection point?

A: The blue terminal goes in the middle, the other two plugs are interchangeable.

Q: I need to replace the cell cord to my RJ 45. How does the cord attach to the control unit? Is there a video?
