The generic Ecomatic ESC replacement cell is a perfect replacement for older or discontinued ESC24, ESC36, and ESC48 chlorine generators (71004, M0657USA). Also compatible with ESC7000, ESC8000 and ESC9000 salt systems. Manufacturer rated for pools up to 24-54,000 gallons. This 13-blade titanium salt cell has a built-in water sensor for safety and is manufactured to meet or exceed factory specs, and works with both 110V and 220V systems. Includes cell electrode only.

Works great

I have an old ESC 48 salt chlorinator. I have a large 35,000 pool. This is my 6th replacement cell in 15 years. This one is well made and has been working flawlessly for a month so far. Very happy and good value

Something’s loose

I have had the same pool equipment for 17 years, and many salt cells. This one works fine so far. When I ordered one a few weeks ago, I thought there was something loose inside, so I sent it back. The next one was the same. Turns out, that’s the way they are made. I find that the sound I hear inside when I shake it to be surprising, but it seems to work fine.

Salt cell replacement

This product was shipped as stated, unscrews old cell. Screwed this one in turned pool on. Water went from a slight green to clear in a couple of days. And has been working Fir a month now. Could not ask for any more. Hopefully we can get a few years out of this

Great company to work with

I ordered this salt cell to replace the original old cell in my pool system that is apparently discontinued. Received it fast and it worked perfectly. When the time comes that this cell goes out, I'll definitely be buying a new system from this company.

Q: How reliable is this cell in your experience? This would be a replacement for my ecomatic. How long does shipping normally take?

A: We have had great customer feedback about this replacement cell, and it has been made to meet or exceed factory specs.

Ship time of course depends on where you are located, but for most people it only takes 2-3 business days.

A: As Ecomatic cells are very old and no longer readily available in the US, these are generic cell that we have made - they are not the Ecomatic brand. As is the case for most items we carry, simply call us if you have any questions or concerns - during normal business hours there is usually less than a minute wait time. If there is an issue with the equipment, we can get you connected with the warranty support team so that the cell can be tested and replaced if necessary.

A: Yes, this cell is labeled as generic and is designed to meet or exceed original factory specs. Ecomatic systems are long discontinued in the US, so this is a very popular option.

A: This cell will directly replace what you have, if you have any of the following models: ESC-24, ESC-36, ESC-48, ESC-7000, ESC-8000, or ESC-9000

A: This cell works on either model, I'm not sure if there is a parts difference in the power center's actual electronics.
