Asked by: Kelley - 8/23/2018
A: Good question, it looks a little similar, but no, it isn't interchangeable and it wouldn't physically fit either. Give us a quick call and we'll help you figure out some good options - (866)766-5243

Q: I have the RJ45 system that is about 8 years old. It turns on but does not generate chlorine unless I restart the system and select max. How do I determine if the electric cell is bad or the display control module?

Asked by: Roger - 7/5/2021
A: It sounds like you have a newer model and you are simply looking at the system's duty cycle (rest mode). If on the other hand you are seeing a warning light, that would indicate an error. Take a look at page 11 of this manual for more information: https://www.circupool.com/assets/doc/CircuPool-RJ-PLUS-Manual.pdf
