Q: How often do I clean the Reactor. We only used the pool 4-6 months of the year. Only our children along with our grandkids(about 10 max). Is there something that would tell me that it is time to service/clean the reactor and the water filter. I also wanted to purchase an end cap to clean the reactor when it is time to take it out of the system

A: You will typically get a warning light on the controller indicating that you have an issue.

Q: I am looking for o rings that fit a resilience salt cell A5. I think the o ring size is Thickness 3/16" and inside diameter 2 5/8". Thanks Jim

Q: Hi I have a RJ45, can I clean the cell with vinegar instead of muratic acid?

A: Vinegar is much weaker, so you'll likely need to soak it multiple times in a row to remove all mineral scaling.
