An Ozone system is a supplemental form of sanitation for your pool that releases ozone - a very powerful oxidiser - into your pool water.
It can destroy chlorine-resistant germs (even Cryptosporidium!), capture the finest particles to increase clarity, and extend the lifespan of your salt cell.
A key limitation to ozone is that it provides no residual capacity to sanitize the water and so it can’t completely replace your salt chlorinator and act as the sole means of sanitizing your pool.

How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?

Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.
I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?
Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ?

Making small adjustments to the plumbing manifold's ball valve during installation allows you to regulate the ozone-generating wall unit.
