Edge Adapter Kit
The edge adapter kit gives you everything you need to install the new Edge chlorine generator into an existing RJ plumbing configuration. All you need to do is glue 2 PVC connections into the open spot you have left after removing the old RJ salt cell. Couldn't be easier. If you are considering an upgrade from RJ, this will save you a lot of plumbing re-do.

it's okay
When I received mine, the elbow fittings were not lined up properly when put together and made the install harder than it should have been. The discharge end of the cell has slightly different thread types, making the collar harder to tighten down. I spoke with team at Discount pool and they confirmed everything and even sent me a spare set of adapter collars in event I want to re-make my own fit kit. They stand behind their work, even when they knew it was incorrect.

Q: I have a jacuzzi salt cell and it looks very similar to the RJ classic. I want to go with the Edge will the adapter kit work with my current configuration?

A: The adapter in question has been based on the specific dimensions of the RJ Classic and does not necessarily match those of the Jacuzzi equipment.
