Great Product and Service
DSP was great to work with, there was some confusion on my part when I ordered the keypad and I ordered the wrong one. They were very understanding and sent me the correct part and an RMA. The instructions were great and the part was very easy to install. Back up and running. Great purchase experience!

Good Company always helpfull
I have used this company for about 10 years. I have purchased 2 salt chlorinators from them. Whenever I have had a problem they are always helpfull. My current unit is about 7 years old. When the pool was opened the unit did not work. I was prepared to buy a new one from them. I called and they told me what to do. I replaced the keyboard ($58) and I ordered a replacement cell. It took about 1 hour to replace the keyboard and I am holding the cell. I have a working system. Thanks guys.

The part worked perfectly. Even tho I was out of Warrenty discountpool were there to support the product. I found that to be amazing. Thank you for the support.
