TOTALBalance is a state of the art pH management system - no other pH system is as simple or user-friendly. TOTALBalance doesn't require a drop of liquid acid, and can be installed yourself without any re-plumbing or complicated chemical control setup.

TOTALBalance uses CO2 infusion, a safe and natural process to lower your pool's pH. Other pH systems require a large hazardous tank of liquid acid, chemical pump, and acid feed lines. TOTALBalance makes that all unnecessary by using small amounts of CO2 gas infused directly into your circulation pump. This basic process is enabled by infuser connections that simply screw directly in to the standard drain plugs on the bottom of most swimming pool pumps. The TOTALBalance controller regulates the amount of CO2 delivered into your pool return plumbing, and simply hangs on the wall nearby your pool equipment and plugs into a standard 110V outlet.

Includes your choice of single-tank or triple-tank regulator. CO2 tank(s) sold separately or are commonly available for local purchase or rental.

Questions about CO2? We're glad to help! CO2 tanks can be easily refilled, just like you might refill your barbeque's propane tank. Depending on tank size, many people only need a refill once per swimming season, and the average refill is only about $20-30. CO2 refills are widely available at welding supply stores, hardware stores, restaurant supply stores, sporting good stores, and many more. See also the "Sizing Info" tab.

Worth the money
Nice company to deal with. I ordered this on a Monday and had it up and running before the end of the week. It was easy to set up but I had a couple questions and the support people were excellent; loved their friendly Texas twang!

game changer
This thing is a game changer. I added it to my package at the last minute, after talking to Jason as Discount Salt Pool. It's easy to install and does the work forme. The only thing left I have to do is rake the leaves out of my pool.

No more acid
As a dietitian I hate using any kind of acid on anything that is going to touch my skin. This gets rid of the muriatic acid I was using in my pool. Expensive but worth it for me.

CO2 system is GREAT!
I purchased the CO2 system to control the pH in my 36000 gallon unite pool and was very skeptical about it. I had the pool replastered and added a Circupool SWG almost 2 years ago. Since that time, it has been a constant battle to get and keep the pH below 8.0. I have poured 2 quarts of acid in about every 2 or 3 days since and, of course, had to keep adding Alkalinity Up, since the acid would bring it down. This was an on going nightmare. When I received your pH Control System, I found it easy to install and it immediately dropped the pH to about 7.4. I mean literally overnight. I am using 3-20lb cylinders for the CO2 and would recommend others do the same. The controls are easy and so far (about 3 weeks) everything great and I only check the control box to fine tune the pH level. No sweat. If anyone would like to speak with me about the system, you can call me at 770-355-8075. This is the real thing.

Total Balance
I had been plagued constantly by high PH readings. I would add a quart of acid one day and drop the PH to 7.8 or so, and 2 days later it would be right back up to 8 or higher. I know other people that don't use half as much acid as I do, I guess I'm just lucky. When I say the Total PH system advertised in an email to me - that was the first time I ever heard of using CO2 to lower the ph. Although the price is high, I decided to buy one. The installation was easy, however the unit would not turn on. After talking with tech support and trying various things they requested the unit be returned to them for further testing. I was a bit shocked that such an expensive unit 'didn't work'. As it turned out I had a bad power adapter. The unit and power adapter was sent back to me and powered up fine. After getting some expert help from Alex in tech support, the unit is working fine and my ph is consistently at 7.4 - perfect. I would highly recommend this unit and forget about the ph imbalance and handling dangerous acids!
