General FAQ
These saltwater chlorine generator systems come with everything you need except salt, PVC glue, primer, a saw, and a few common tools.
In addition to adding salt to your pool water, installation entails adding one new piece of equipment to your pool. This can be performed by a handyman, plumber, electrician, pool contractor or Do-It-Yourself (DIY).
If you are contemplating installation, read more here.
The simple, industry-wide, rule-of-thumb is that your salt system should be sized at 1.5 times your pool size, or more, for the temperate and colder parts of the US.
If you live in the southern sunbelt, then you should select a system with specs of at least 2 times your pool size.
Bear in mind that an undersized system will be a constant challenge, at best, while an oversized system will extend cell life and give you reserve capacity for weather events and periods of heavy use.

The CORE CONTROL Module is a compact, weather-resistant unit featuring integrated touch-enabled controls and LED indicators. Designed with durable, heavy-duty construction and sealed electronics, it boasts an IP65-rated enclosure for superior protection against the elements. Installation is simple, with an included mounting template and wall anchors for easy wall mounting.
With the My-Pool App, users can access alerts, data history, and system controls remotely. The onboard touch controls allow for real-time adjustments to chlorine output, displaying the selected percentage and power level through an LED bar graph. Additionally, users can quickly activate Boost Mode when extra chlorination is needed.
Advanced diagnostics provide real-time notifications, indicating when to add salt, clean the cell, check water flow, or inspect electronic components. The system even automatically adjusts chlorine output when water temperatures drop or when the pool cover is closed, optimizing efficiency.
For convenience, the CORE CONTROL Module comes with a built-in power supply cord, pre-configured with a 110V plug for easy installation. It also features an auto-converting switch-mode power supply, allowing seamless operation on 220V if needed.
The CORE CONTROL Electrolytic Cell is a durable, inline clear housing designed to efficiently generate chlorine while allowing easy inspection of the process. Inside, removable titanium electrode plates work alongside built-in sensors and a flow switch to ensure optimal performance.
For hassle-free maintenance, the titanium electrode can be quickly removed and cleaned using the included cleaning vessel. The housing features threaded connections on both the inlet and outlet, as well as for the electrode, providing quick access for servicing or winterization when necessary.
Designed for seamless integration, the threaded connections attach to 2" unions, which can be securely glued to existing return-line PVC plumbing. The transparent housing allows users to easily monitor chlorine production and inspect the electrode without disassembly, ensuring peak efficiency and convenience.

designed to integrate chemical automation components. This upgrade is customizable with optional add-ons, including:

auto-adjust for optimal chlorine balance. The My-Pool App displays real-time readings,
stores data history, and provides alerts.

pH Sensor – Measures and monitors pH levels, displaying readings in the app, storing
data history, and sending notifications.
(Ideal for pH monitoring or integration with TOTALBalance CO2-based automatic pH control systems.)

pH Injection Kit – Automates pH regulation by injecting pool acid directly into the
